Everything was fine until we hit the elk...
Ummm...Libby home again? By the way, I've said it before and I'll say it again: God bless you for taking on those religious education classes (or as they are called here: Christian Faith Formation).Oh, and also, can you come to Austin again? We've kind of started unschooling which is a change from your previous visit and I think I need a one on one conference/tutorial/encourager/explainer to my husband.
LOL!! I'd love to head to Austin. It was so fun last time, and you were all so gracious. Love TX! MY husband compares our unschooled children to free range chickens. That ought to encourage yours! Maybe?Actually, I was driving Libby back to school after her usual weekend home to work. I (cautiously) tried to break my record, as I do this drive every Sunday night. Google maps says 39 minutes, but up to 1hour 20mins with traffic. 36 is swift...and there was a bit of traffic. But it's less than 19 miles, nearly due west. I imagine that Christmas traffic will slow me down a bit over the next few weeks.
