Eric the White is a thing of noble beauty! What IS he? I don't think I've seen anything like that!
Someday, "when we win the lottery," as my husband says, we want an Aga cooker. One thing we like about it is its two-ovenness. Eric looks a bit two-ovenly as well. Is he an Aga?
He's not an Aga, though I looked at them for a long while before getting this fellow (used, needs work--the left oven needs a new ignitor). Eric is a Viking. ;)
p.s. on my comment on your next post... Oh, I see it now. I would recommend the same as I said for the electric griddle. Maybe you can put a cookie sheet in the back while you are spraying or cooking, to protect your wall.
