    Thanks for leading me to that post. It is wonderful!!! Any suggestions for dealing with the tick problem here on Long Island? The ticks have largely scared me away from our outdoor adventures. I know, I'm a wimp!!! ;)

    vigilance. and keep to the path. More seashore, less forest. climb a mountain upstate.
