Are You Ready To...

Take a child outside? Because,

Take a Child Outside Week

is September 24th-30th!

Of course, the idea that we need such a thing is a bit depressing.

Have a great week!

Did you make that up? I just can't believe there really is such a thing! To NOT take a child outside other than in a blizzard is to deprive them of God's beautiful world - and that just should not be!

MacBeth, I still have family in Dinosaur! I remember my uncle pitching us kids out the back door to play in the yard and there being nothing but dirt and sagebrush out there. We did pick the sage to flavor the venison for dinner though, that was neat.

Yeah, it's for real. Can you imagine NOT letting your kids outside?

Jennifer, I was wondering who lived there. Now I know. ;)

The sage smells wonderful, and it is full of little animals...beetles, ants, jackrabbits, lizards--fun!
